St. Clair Health, a nationally recognized, integrated health system serving the residents of southwestern Pennsylvania, today announced the election of Frank Arcuri, Esq. as the new chair of the St. Clair Hospital Board of Directors. Arcuri has served on the board since 2012 and succeeds John P. Meegan, who served as chair since 2020.
“All of us at St. Clair are grateful to John Meegan for his guidance during the past two years. His leadership was invaluable as the organization navigated the pandemic, while also opening Dunlap Family Outpatient Center,” said James M. Collins, president and CEO of St. Clair Health. “And now, we’re pleased to have Mr. Arcuri’s leadership as we work to meet the evolving needs of the community.”
Arcuri has more than 37 years of experience in the practice of law. After beginning his career as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in the Western District of Pennsylvania, Arcuri has spent most of his career as a litigation attorney with emphasis in civil and criminal trial litigation. Areas of practice include personal injury, social security, disability, real estate, estates and trusts, business formation, and family law.
In addition, Arcuri is the editor of the Washington County Legal Journal. He previously served as president of the Washington County Bar Association, as well as an adjunct professor at the Duquesne University School of Law. Arcuri holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from Washington & Jefferson College and a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law.
“Serving on the board has given me the opportunity to give back to the community where I have resided my entire life, and I’m glad to be able to continue making a positive difference as the new chair of the board of St. Clair Hospital,” Arcuri said. “Together with my fellow board members and our outstanding management team and staff, we will work to maintain St. Clair‘s position as a national leader in patient safety, quality, patient satisfaction, and value so South Hills residents can receive virtually every health care service they may need throughout their lives.”
Arcuri has two children and resides in Peters Township with his wife, Sheila.
