“New Dining Services Provider Enhances Resident Life”

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare continuing care retirement communities announced their new partnership with Cura Hospitality as their new dining services provider.  Redstone is excited about Cura’s dining for all levels of care! Residents will enjoy everything from restaurant-style experiences and exceptional fine dining to patient-centered care.  Cura will manage food service at the Redstone Highland Communities at Greensburg, Murrysville, and North Huntingdon in Pennsylvania beginning May 1st.

With a proven track record in western Pennsylvania, Cura is a highly recognized and respected brand, nurturing several long-term client relationships in the Keystone State – from multi-unit continuing care retirement communities to major hospital networks.

Cura’s highlights feature:

  • Culinary Gold Standards that enhance the quality and nutrition of food prepared by an executive chef, using fresh ingredients, including seasonal fresh vegetables offered daily;
  • Resident and patient-centered care programs, with a dedicated dietitian who will focus on each individual’s specific nutritional needs as well as their personal food preferences;
  • An Extensive network of hospitality professionals who are experienced with Cura’s nurturing culture and high-quality dining services. They also benefit from our work-life balance environment, team recognition programs, and in-house culinary and service training – which all helps to create motivated staff who are happy to work for Cura, and most importantly, happy to serve our residents.
  • A wide array of marketing and communication programs that are designed to constantly communicate  as well as continuously engage residents so that the dining program will never get stale.

“The Redstone family is excited about this new relationship.  Cura’s reputation in nurturing wellbeing, customizing dining programs and recruitment solutions in western Pennsylvania resonated with us.  We are especially impressed with Cura’s Culinary Gold Standards that elevate the dining experience; clinical programs that nourish; and individualized care plans that preserve the dignity of personal care residents.   Cura has been a true partner from the beginning of this process – from communication, to problem-solving, to sharing ideas.  We are excited to travel this journey together,” says Vicki Loucks, RN, MSN, MBA, Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare.
