Mount Nittany Health Recently announce the addition of Tiffany Cabibbo, MSN, RN, NHA, CENP, as the health system’s Executive Vice President, Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse Officer, a position recently updated to reflect the importance of nursing and its leadership at the executive level.
With more than 16 years of healthcare experience, Cabibbo joins the organization with a wide-ranging professional nursing, administrative and IT background, having held a leadership position most recently as the vice president/CNO for Baptist Health Madisonville in Madisonville, Kentucky. She was previously employed with Martin Health System in Stuart, Florida, with progressive responsibilities from staff nurse to assistant vice president/site administrator and chief nursing officer in her 12 years with the organization.
Cabibbo earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, Administrative & Financial Leadership from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She is expected to complete her Executive Doctor of Science in Administration – Health Services from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in spring 2018.
She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Organization of Nurse Executives and has served on several statewide and nationwide health care committees and councils, including the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) Credentialing Center Certification Programs committee.
In her role as Executive Vice President, Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse Officer, Cabibbo will represent and lead nursing staff throughout the health system, working as part of a dynamic leadership team that manages the continuum of services provided and aligns inpatient and outpatient services for Mount Nittany Health.

Cabibbo recently moved to Port Matilda with John, her husband of 18 years; their two children, Domenic, 14 and Sophia, 12; and the family’s three dogs. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and refurbishing furniture.
