Landau Building Company has been contracted by Heritage Valley Beaver to construct their new CVTS Vein Care Suites and Education Area. The multi-phased, 7,500 SF project began in February of this year and is expected to be complete by the end of May 2012. The education area and one of the suites will be finished in the first phase. The company is also constructing a new MRI Suite at UPMC Presbyterian. This project is expected to be complete by the beginning of June 2012.
Landau was the General Contractor for the new CarSense, a pre-owned vehicle dealership, on fifteen acres of land in Cranberry Township. Landau produced a structure with the same impressive look as other CarSense dealerships while increasing the functionality and reducing the cost of the finished product. The pre-engineered metal building along with precast concrete wall panels in the large shop area reduced the initial cost and the projected long-term maintenance costs of the building. A four-month phased asphalt paving plan for the site allowed various trades to be coordinated around both the central structure and site perimeter without causing any delays to the schedule. The project was completed in nine months.
