Internal Medicine Physician Joins Sharon Regional Medical Group

Sharon Regional Health System announced that David D’Amore, M.D., internal medicine physician, has joined Sharon Regional Medical Group, Sharon Regional’s provider network that includes employed primary care physicians and specialists who are on the medical staff at Sharon Regional Health System. Dr. D’Amore opened his private practice in Brookfield, Ohio and has more than three decades of experience in both general internal and geriatric medicine.

Dr. D’Amore received his medical education from Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio and completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. D’Amore has held numerous staff appointments as a member of Sharon Regional Health System medical staff.

These include: Chief, Section of Internal Medicine, Vice President, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Department of Medicine. Dr. D’Amore received his board certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He retains membership in multiple medical organizations in both Ohio and Pennsylvania and actively participates in numerous community health and civic activities.
