Jen Bonilla, Vice President of Operations
Jen Bonilla joined Cura Hospitality in April 2023. Prior to this, Jen served as Executive Director and Campus President for the Arizona College of Nursing in Phoenix, AZ where she oversaw campus operations, student satisfaction, and faculty retention and development.
Prior to Arizona College of Nursing, as CEO for Southwest Foodservice Excellence, LLC, Jen helped to grow this culinary-based K-12 foodservice management company while building talent and enhancing client relationships.
As CEO for ISS Facility Services in San Antonio, TX, Jen oversaw $620 million in facilities management business, while focused on M & A and significant growth across the U.S. Jen also served as Division President for Healthcare at Sodexo managing a $1.3 billion P&L across 400 Northeast and Midwest US hospitals and senior living facilities, served as President of Management Services-Americas at Pitney Bowes, Inc., and as a Regional Manager for ARAMARK Corporation.
Jen holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Iowa State University, a Master of Health Innovation from Arizona State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada.
Chris Hoover, District Manager
Chris started his career in higher education before transitioning over to healthcare foodservice management for over 13 years. Chris resided over University of Louisville-Health where he directed the opening team and oversaw $28 million in managed volume. The Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas with a managed volume of $24.3 million and the University of Florida, Jacksonville at $13 million managed system. J
ust before joining Cura Hospitality, Chris was a district manager in covering k-12 and corporate dining accounts in Indiana, Michigan and Illinois. Chris studied hospitality at James Madison University and finished with a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
Tony Filiaggi, Senior Business Development Director
Tony has 28 years’ experience in various sales and operations roles building value
added partnerships with clients all across the country. Most recently, Tony
spent four years as the Regional Vice President of Sales for Healthcare Services Group (HSG).
Prior to HSG, Tony was with Aramark uniform services for 20 years serving in account executive
and sales manager roles for Pennsylvania, Michigan and Ohio.
In his new role with Cura, Tony is responsible for business development in North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
Tony is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a B.A. degree in marketing and accounting.
Greg Haddon, Business Development Director
Greg Haddon has extensive experience marketing complex service and product solutions into the acute care hospital vertical in the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Prior to serving Cura, Greg was director of capital sales equipment training for
LiquidSMARTS. Greg also served as a Healthcare Data Interoperability Specialist for Philips Healthcare; and a Regional Sales Manager for IMB Watson Health and Shared Imaging LLC. Greg was also a Neuroscience Sales Manager for Elekta.
Greg graduated with an accounting degree from Delta State University.
