This collaboration will bring Avendelle’s brand to Pennsylvania and other key markets, starting with an inaugural home in Pittsburgh and followed by more locations nationwide throughout their partnership.
The partnership marks a major step forward in Avendelle’s national growth strategy and will launch with the brand’s largest home yet. Scheduled to open in early 2026, the new Pittsburgh residence will accommodate 15-16 residents in a family, home-like setting. This is the first of many homes AWK Development and Avendelle plan to bring to Pittsburgh and beyond. AWK Development brings a wealth of experience in developing, constructing, and managing affordable single and multi-family housing development projects.
