Probiotics and Vaginal Health

Our digestive system, for example, is aided by bacteria of this type. So, don’t be put off by the word bacteria, as in this case it is the healthy sort we are talking about! It’s also worth remembering that by their very nature, probiotics may take some time to have an effect – read the bottle or jar for information on how long you should expect to wait before you begin to see results – and while you may think that the product you are using is not doing the job, it may be working hard!
