Cura Hospitality has been a valued management partner at several Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities for many years. Also, since 2001, Cura has provided dining services at Sherwood Oaks, and the experience there has been overwhelmingly positive,” says Bobbi Jo Haden, Vice President of Retirement Services Presbyterian SeniorCare.

Cura’s highlights feature:

  • Culinary Gold Standards that enhance the quality, consistency and nutrition of food prepared by an executive chef, using fresh ingredients, including seasonal fresh vegetables offered daily;
  • Completely Satisfied, a customer service platform that exceeds expectations through a one patient at a time approach, and more importantly, increases resident and patient satisfaction through a healing journey…all while supporting client goals.
  • Resident and patient-centered care programs, with a dedicated dietitian who will focus on each individual’s specific nutritional needs as well as their personal food preferences;
  • An Extensive network of hospitality professionals who are experienced with Cura’s nurturing culture and high-quality dining services. They also benefit from our work-life balance environment, team recognition programs, and in-house culinary and service training – which all helps to create motivated staff who are happy to work for Cura, and most importantly, happy to serve our residents.
  • A wide array of marketing and communication programs that are designed to constantly communicate as well as continuously engage residents so that the dining program is always exciting!

“As Cura is defined “Care of the Soul” we look forward to our growth with the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network by selecting talented and attentive people who understand and cater to the dining and service needs of their residents, patients and the staff who care for them,” says Cura District Manager Bill Dalesandro.
