PA Medicinal Cannabis Education Tour

Greenhouse Ventures and Thomas Jefferson University recently announced they have partnered to co-host an accredited event series to educate health care professionals on Pennsylvania’s emerging medical cannabis industry.  The PA Medicinal Cannabis Education Tour will stop in six cities across the state, one for each region outlined by the Department of Health.

The mission of the PA Medicinal Cannabis Education Tour is to educate health care professionals regarding the basic science underlying the pharmacologic and therapeutic options associated with medical cannabis in patient care, and provide clinical insights on the use of medicinal cannabis in practice. In addition, the PA Medicinal Cannabis Education Tour will provide authoritative information on Pennsylvania’s laws and regulations relating to approved uses, patient certifications requirements and process, and dispensing regulations and practices when medicinal marijuana is recommended for the approved medical conditions.

CE Credits will be available for all locations and are provided by The Lambert Center for the Study of Medicinal Cannabis and Hemp at Thomas Jefferson University.
