  1. Though saddened to hear Dr. Daniel Edmundowicz is gone I am so Happy for him and equally as Proud~! I was privileged to know him as my mother’s cardiologist for many years. Under distress in making a critical decision about my mother’s care. I paged him and he came to her hospital room and taught me what I needed to know to make a medically informed decision. He probably doesn’t remember this as it was over 15 years ago. I will never forget, never, for it gave my family much more time with her. When she went on to be with the LORD he personally came to the “Hood” of Pittsburgh and gave his condolences. He is one of the finest cardiologist as seen in the above article and a Fine Person as well~! Best Wishes to you Dr. Edmundowicz and your entire family ( I’ll miss seeing the pictures of the children), and maybe one day we will meet again. *Sincerely Yours, Marcia E. Esters ( Lorraine LaRue’s daughter)
