MSI provides outsourced billing and collections services for a national customer base comprised of hospital facilities and public and private emergency medical systems that provide ground and air-based ambulance services in their respective communities. MSI currently has clients in 13 states and has been providing revenue cycle management services for its clients since 1995.

QMC is a nationally recognized leader in outsourced emergency medical transportation billing and reimbursement services with the mainstay of its operations based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. QMC is committed to providing services in a manner that ensures compliance with all applicable billing and reimbursement regulations, while maximizing the capture of allowable reimbursement for each client. The commitment to adherence to both of these principles makes QMC the partner of choice for emergency medical transportation providers.

Michael Lewis, CEO, commented on the recent acquisition stating, “Quick Med Claims is excited about working with the MSI team. MSI is a great fit for QMC culturally, and we are even more excited about the customers they serve; many of which are already in geographic areas served by Quick Med Claims.

This combination is also an opportunity for us to continue to solidify our relationship with the Fitch team, for whom I have great respect.” Christine Zalar, President of MSI related, “There is great synergy between MSI and Quick Med Claims in business culture, values, and practices. This acquisition has provided the MSI employees and clients a seamless transition with expanded opportunities and services.”

QMC’s experience is deep and broad, enough to ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of the services it provides to each of its customers. This quality of service has been the hallmark of the QMC approach since the foundation of the company in 1991. QMC leadership works closely with its clients’ leadership to meet the strategic goals of their programs and their sponsoring organizations.

QMC is committed to the success of the emergency medical transportation programs that it currently supports, as well as to the existing client base that is transitioning from MSI.
