Heritage Valley Medical Group recently welcomed Thomas L. Slokan, D.O. to the Trinity Family Practice in Chippewa. Dr. Slokan will join Eric Ehrenberg, D.O., Robert Palguta, M.D., Jason Rodriguez, M.D. and Jarod Stragand, D.O. in delivering care at the practice office located in the Heritage Valley Chippewa Medical Neighborhood at 2580 Constitution Blvd, Chippewa Township, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Slokan is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a family practice residency at Saint Vincent Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. Before joining Heritage Valley Medical Group, he served as medical director of the Saint Vincent Outpatient Center in Union City, Pennsylvania.
