In this interview, Tom Baker, co-founder, picwell, joins hosts Doug Field and Brent Macy to discuss decision support tools, private exchanges and employer-sponsored health insurance. An insurance and health law professor at the University of Pennsylvania, Tom is one of the four co-founder of the relatively new picwell. Choosing the right health insurance is too complicated for everyone: consumers, health benefit advisers, brokers, employers, even insurance companies. Picwell’s goal is to help consumers navigate through this complexity using technology.
