AdvaCare Named Quality Respiratory Care Provider

Updated on April 28, 2011

AdvaCare has been named a quality respiratory care provider by The American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).

The Quality Respiratory Care Recognition (QRCR) program makes sure residents cared for by home care organization have access to respiratory care services provided by qualified respiratory therapists.

AdvaCare qualified because all its respiratory therapists hold the CRT or RRT credential, and they are available to patients 24 hours every day.  Additionally, they follow specific procedures that are designated in writing, and AdvaCare is accredited by a nationally recognized, third party accreditation organization — The Joint Commission.

AdvaCare meets the QRCR requirement to provide a level of respiratory care consistent with national standards and guidelines.
